2022 - 2024 Tasting Australia

As part of the operational team behind one of Australia’s longest-running culinary festivals, I lead the Operational Management and delivery of three major statewide programs spanning Adelaide and all 12 South Australian tourism regions.

Across these editions, Tasting Australia brought together internationally recognised chefs including Dave Pynt, Heidi Bjerkan, James Lowe, Gill Meller, Asma Khan, Claudette Zepeda and James Henry, alongside leading Australian talent such as Matt Moran, Karen Martini, Mark Best, Cheong Liew, Julia Busuttil Nishimura, Justin James and Jake Kellie.

The programs combined large-scale public activation with intimate dining experiences, regional aviation journeys, chef collaborations and immersive formats. The 2024 festival delivered more than 150 events, supported over 260 local businesses and attracted a record 77,000-plus visitors to Town Square.

My role as Operations Manager was to design the Town Square site, Structures, Dressing, Catering, Kitchens / Service and Utilities to suit programmed chef talent from around the world.
I was responsible with the Catering Management in the execution of curated premium dinners and ticketed events. In addition, I lead a team daily operations and execution of a major event site.
