2024 - 2025 Illuminate Base Camp

As Producer of Base Camp for Illuminate Adelaide in 2024 and 2025, I led the planning and delivery of the festival’s vibrant hospitality and entertainment hub at Lot Fourteen.

My role encompassed management of the live entertainment program, including artist bookings, contracting, scheduling and production coordination. I also managed the site’s catering operations, working closely with food and beverage operators to coordinate their integration, operational requirements and service delivery.

Bringing the precinct together required oversight of budgets, suppliers, site planning, infrastructure, logistics, compliance, staffing and stakeholder relationships. Throughout the event, I coordinated live operations to ensure the entertainment, hospitality and overall audience experience worked cohesively.

Base Camp brought together live music, food, beverage and immersive festival atmosphere, creating a welcoming destination where audiences could gather before and after exploring Illuminate Adelaide. Producing the precinct demonstrated my ability to unite creative programming and hospitality within a complex public event environment, taking the experience from early planning through to successful live delivery.
